REQUEST FOR USE OF SCHOOL BUILDING OR GROUNDS
Procedures and document approval flow
ORGANIZATION
Paper copy of the request will be printed from the District Web page and given to
organization (requestor)for completion.
Paper copy of the Regulations Governing Use of School Buildings and
Grounds will be printed and given to organization (requestor) for review and acknowledgement.
Building Principal
Completed Request document from organizations will be returned to the facility
being requested for Building Administrator approval.
Building administrator will either Grant or Deny request
Building Administrators signature affixed
Scan document into PDF format
BUSINESS OFFICE
PDF document printed and given to Director of Business for final approval.
Director of Business signature affixed
Scan document into PDF format
E-Mail PDF document to Building Principal
SUPERVISOR OF BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
Print paper copy of approved request and provide to facility Head Custodian.
Recommend that Building Principal / Business Office / Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds create an e-mail electronic file folder to store approved requests.
