Let’s Stay Healthy!

It’s super important this time of year that we all stay as healthy as possible! Here are some good habits from the “Centers for Disease Control and Prevention” to help stop the spread of germs:

1) Avoid close contact with people who are sick

2) Stay home when you are sick—if you’re running a fever, are vomiting, or have diarrhea, please stay home

3) Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing. Don’t forget to sneeze or cough in your arm

4) Wash your hands

5) Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth

6) Practice other good healthy habits—get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of fluids, and eat good foods
