Center School District is required to report progress on the CSIP (Comprehensive School Improvement Plan) as related to Title IV funds, which include safe and drug-free schools and other preventative initiatives. Center School District’s continuing CSIP goal is to increase student achievement in grades Pre-K – 12. Strategy: To identify and implement a systemic approach to career education. Activity: We have shown growth and improvement in decreasing the drop-out rate from 6.7% in 2001 to 2.3% in 2005; in increasing attendance numbers; in decreasing the number of suspensions; in increased A+ program numbers; in vocational data; in MAP data scores; and in fulfilling guidance needs.
