Student, Family and Special Services
Center School District is committed to ensuring the success of the whole child. The Offices of Student, Family and Special Services include: special education, section 504, counselors, social workers, homebound instruction, nurses, residency/enrollment, homeless and foster care.
Trauma-Informed Initiative Publication:
Senate Bill 638 (2016) required the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to create a website about the trauma-informed schools initiative that includes information for schools and parents regarding the trauma-informed approach and a guide for schools on how to become trauma-informed schools.
