The Center High School Athletic Hall of Fame Award recognizes and honors outstanding achievements of student athletes, coaches, administrators, school personnel, supporters and boosters. Inductees are nominated by alumni, teachers, and community members. A review committee of alumni and administrators reviews the nominations and creates a ballot of eligible individuals. A vote of current members selects the inductees each year, who are recognized at an event in early June. Criteria for selection includes athletic accomplishments during high school and afterwards, having a significant impact on the lives of student-athletes at Center, and demonstration of the best of Yellowjacket spirit.
