Screenings

Per Policy JHC – Student Health Services and Requirements, the Center School District is required to notify all parents of the district’s policy on physical examinations and screening of students.  It is important to note that the district does NOT conduct nonemergency, invasive physical examinations as defined in the policy and there are no plans to initiate them in the future. In addition to sharing the link to the policy here, this notification requirement is also fulfilled by sharing the policy link with parents/guardians upon enrollment via the district’s online registration process.
