Today, we’re proud to recognize Yellowjacket Early Learning Center Teacher of the Year Brandi Henkel and Staff of the Year Brooke Wells. Brandi serves as an early childhood teacher, and Brooke is a paraprofessional supporting our youngest learners.

In recognition of National Security Officer Day, we are celebrating our Center School District Security Team. Our Security Team plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and security across our district.

A reminder: the virtual forum for Center School District Board of Education candidates will take place tomorrow, Thursday, March 19 at 6:30 pm.

Middle school and high school conferences will continue as planned on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
The mobile pantry is held the second Friday of every month and is open to anyone who could use a little extra assistance, including staff. Pantry distribution begins around 9:30–10 am, depending on the arrival time of the Harvester’s truck.

📅 Tuesday, March 17: Jackson County Public Health is bringing student vaccine clinics directly to CMS & CHS to make required immunizations quick and convenient for families.
Students entering 8th or 12th grade may need vaccines for the upcoming school year.
Register by Thursday, March 12 at 8 am using the link sent to families via email.
Getting this done early helps families beat the summer back-to-school rush!
